These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Piracy Guard & Piracy Alert System ("we," "our," or "us") platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

• Book piracy detection through web crawling and search engine integrations.
• Real-time piracy match alerts sent to registered users.
• One-click generation of DMCA notices for takedown requests (available for some plans).

3. User Accounts

Users must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Payment & Billing

We offer free and paid plans. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Plan upgrades are one-time purchases unless otherwise specified. No automatic renewals are applied.

5. Fair Use

• You may only submit books you own, have authored, or have permission to protect.
• Misuse of the platform (spamming, scraping unrelated content) may result in account suspension or deletion without notice.

6. Limitations of Liability

We do our best to detect piracy matches but do not guarantee detection of all pirated content. We are not responsible for damages, losses, or legal disputes arising from content uploaded by users or third-party sites.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms or engaging in abusive activities.

8. Changes to Services

We may update, add, or remove features to improve the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of major changes through email or in-app announcements.

9. Third-Party Integrations

We use third-party services like Supabase, Razorpay, Brevo, and SerpAPI. Your use of our services is also subject to these third parties' terms and policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
